The three day cultural extravaganza ‘Kalotsav’ was held with great fanfare in the college campus from June 1st to 3rd. It served as an excellent platform for students to showcase their various talents ranging from arts, cerebral, entertainment and literary. Students could participate in a mammoth 54 events arranged by the Student Council. Each day had a specific theme namely comic, ethnic and rodeo. It added a lot of color to the campus with students attired in their best costumes bringing out their uniqueness and creativity. The physical energy of the participants gave an instant boost to the atmosphere and the air was filled with enthusiasm.

Countless events kept participants on their feet on all three days. The corridors were buzzing with attractive and entertaining events. This was particularly seen in the event known as the icebreaker, wherein individual classes get together and stage a performance to precision overcoming their inhibition.

Sing along!

One of the most attractive sights on the campus were the food trucks lined up in the basketball court. They offered a wide range of culinary delicacies from fast food, Chinese and French cuisine. This was an initiative by the E-Cell in order to encourage entrepreneurship and startup culture in the campus.

The most awaited event of day two was the ethnic parade. Students walked the ramp showcasing India’s diverse culture, wearing beautiful costumes from sarees to ghagras , salwars and lungis. The models carried out their costumes with elegance and grace.

Gaming to victory!
